We have celebrated many milestones since our inception in 1994.

1994

Bruce Gates forms US Enercorp, Ltd. and explores for conventional oil and gas prospects through leasing, drilling, and production operations.

2001

US Enercorp embarks on a deep south Texas natural gas drilling program.

2004

US Enercorp earns the title of largest natural gas producer in San Antonio, Texas, by developing and producing over 100 bcf of gas reserves.

2005

Repeats the 2004 title of largest natural gas producer in San Antonio, Texas.

2006

Again, US Enercorp retains the title of largest natural gas producer in San Antonio, Texas, producing over 100,000 mcfgpd.

2008

Begins divesting natural gas assets to transition into oil weighted assets.

2010

Natural gas divestiture is completed, and oil production is increased through horizontal drilling program in the Austin Chalk.

2012

Starts a leasing program in the Bakken formation.

2013

Sells a 100,000-acre Bakken position to a Fortune 500 company.

2015

As a result of a paradigm shift within the industry, US Enercorp starts a new joint venture with a private equity company and changes its name to Ageron Energy, LLC.
Starts a drilling program in the Eagleford oil window.

2018

Ageron Energy, LLC diversifies back into natural gas and begins developing organic leases in the dry gas window of the Eagleford attracting 2 new private equity partners.
